As a universal lid, it can also be used with any 36 cm pot, skillet or saute pan – a perfect fit is only guaranteed for Swiss Diamond cookware. The adjustable knob has an integrated steam vent that opens and closes to control steam without lifting the cover. It can be used in the oven up to 260 C (500 F) but should not be used under a broiler or placed near a heating element.
