12″ Gas , Outdoor pizza oven Propane with Foldable Legs, Portable for Outside, Backyard, Camping, Party Cooking

This pizza oven requires no electricity or gas. It runs solely on pellets, and it’s awesome (with a few caveats).The pizzas tasted amazing and the first few pizzas really did cook around the 60 second mark. However, bit by bit, the end up taking longer. I think this is due to the fact that it says to start with six scoops of pellets, when those all get burning, they really cook the pizzas fast.As it went on, we’d add a scoop in between each pizza and that helped keep the flames going, but with a bunch of already-burned pellets, it cooked slower, being able to fit only one new scoop per pizza. The instructions indicated that we’d need to do that if I recall correctly.We did get a lot of soot build up on the inner roof and out the back. Reading what someone else mentioned, that might be due to using Traeger pellets. We will try other pellets next time. Makes me wonder about that soot in the Traeger.The only caveat with this machine is the door. The door needs to be built better as it fits, but not great.Also, once put together, this can’t be stored in its box. We’re going to try to store it and the parts separately (it’s the handles that make it hard to store back in its box.Other than that, this is a pretty good value compared to the Ooni (which a friend has, and is awesome), but for a budget, this works great, and the pizza peel is great.
