This design allows for the first compact load-capable portable dynamometer by eliminating the need for expensive and invasive water-brake absorption units which may be a source of failure. It is equipped with an eddy brake and you are able to perform acceleration, step, sweep and steady-state tests. • View in real-time torque/horsepower output, at steady and changing speeds, to instantly evaluate changes you've made to the engine's fuel or timing maps. • Diagnose engine and drivetrain problems. • Troubleshoot drivability issues. • Run track ¼ mile or circle track lap simulations with reaction times that you determine in the software parameters. ¹- Three Phase Recommended for Maximum Performance. Using Two Phase will drop Braking Torque by approx.. 20-25%. Increasing the incoming AC voltage can proportionally increase the rated Torque output. Maximum AC Voltage is 400 VAC. ²-Average Braking Torque after approximate 2 minutes of continuous use operated at full output power ( i.e. 100% duty cycle )  NOTE: HP ratings are dependent on RMP and Torque absorbed.
