Pale ale style beer, makes 23 litres. This beer kit comes in the latest foil pouch. Each pouch is cold filled using the latest nitrogen technology to provide the ultimate contamination products. The low temperature process retains the delicate flavours and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurisation of cans by prolonged heating and hot filling. Recommend Options Recommended to be used in place of dextrose or sugar to produce a fuller bodied, fuller flavoured beer: Brew Enhancer, Coopers Enhancer or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.2kg Or, enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of: Dextrose or Liquid Brewing Sugar Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet): Black Rock Unhopped Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.5kg
