Product Description Overview This kit delivers a significant level of performance ( 17 MPH on U.S. models) through easy to install, bolt-on engine, exhaust, and pump enhancements. Requires use of fresh premium octane pump fuel (91~93). 1)RIVA MaptunerX BRP Bundle is utilized to reflash your original ECU with RIVA Stage 3 PLUS tuning. MaptunerX provides ability to quickly and easily load performance tunes directly into your stock ECU eliminating downtime that results from shipping for programming. Performance Tunes are calibrated to provide optimum fuel delivery, ignition timing and rev limit to compliment RIVA Racing Performance Kits. OEM dash display, engine diagnostics & engine safety functions are retained. MaptunerX features a full color, touch screen display, ability to restore stock tune settings and access to RIVA’s complete tuning library and technical support. 2) Bosch VT1100 Fuel Injector Kit is installed. High performance 1100cc fuel injector kit supplies modified Sea-Doo engines with the necessary amount of fuel to produce reliable horsepower. 3) RIVA Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit is installed. Kit provides increased fuel pressure necessary to compliment RIVA Stage 3 PLUS package. 4) RIVA Power Filter Kit is installed. Air intake is relocated forward away from hot engine delivering cold, fresh air to engine via large 4” smooth-bore ducting that is attached to supercharger with unique velocity stack and sturdy billet clamps. 5) RIVA Catch Can/Engine Breather Upgrade Kit is installed. Easy to install catch can/oil breather eliminates power-robbing crankcase fumes and oil vapor from your engine’s air intake. Increases horsepower by removing the engine’s requirement to burn relatively non-combustible oil. Also improves intercooler efficiency by preventing the oil sludge coating that lowers thermal efficiency. 6) RIVA Intake Manifold Upgrade Kit is installed. Removal of restrictive screen element from inside of intake manifold enables your engine to produce more horsepower through increased boost pressures ( 1lb). Special o-ringed, billet block-off plug with integrated fitting for aftermarket boost pressure gauge fills opening left after removal of screen element. 7) RIVA 300 Racing Camshaft is installed. Camshaft delivers a serious gain in horsepower and torque with its optimized valve lift profile. 8) RIVA Valve Train Upgrade Kit is installed. This kit increases the reliability of your modified engine by reducing the possibility of valve float at high rpm. Includes lightweight, precision-machined titanium valve retainers, racing valve springs, base washers and OE rocker arm shaft bolts that must be replaced during installation. 9) RIVA 300 XX Charger is installed. High performance billet impeller & 3MM spacer increase horsepower through superior impeller blade design and larger interior housing volume. Spacer & impeller install quickly and easily onto stock supercharger base plate delivering 17.5 psi of boost pressure producing arm wrenching acceleration and increased top speed. 10) RIVA Open Loop Cooling Kit is installed. Kit dramatically reduces engine operating temperatures for improved performance & reliability. Open loop system increases cooling efficiency via steady supply of cool external water. 11) RIVA Free Flow Exhaust Kit is installed. Kit allows removal of restrictive sound suppression system located between water box and hull exit. Improves engine performance by reducing back pressure & restriction. 12) Solas Concord Impeller is installed. This impeller is specifically pitched for our performance kit specifications using a pitch block to ensure accuracy. Billet impeller cone is included. FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY.
